There are no upfront charges. Web hosting, advertisement,
credit card charges and bank fees are paid by Todd County eMall. If the
merchant wishes to have special artwork, graphic design or web programming,
he/she may contract with the eMall or the designer programmer of his/her
choice.
The Todd County eMall will provide, for commission
basis, an electronic storefront, containing: catalog of items, a shopping
cart, electronic credit card acceptance and verification, and advertising.
Based
on the type and quantity of products sold, the mall will provide space in
the Mall General Store or give the merchant/artisan an individual storefront.

the merchant, reports on customer visits, and customer sales
All merchandise will be sold by the eMall. Checks
will be cut monthly for each individual merchant.
A merchant may have her/his own web site. The only
requirement is that there be a link to the eMall for online sales.
The merchant may sell his/her products through
other venues. The only requirement is that when an item is sold from the eMall,
it must be available to ship.. The items must
be delivered to eMall distriution center within 3 business days of product
purchase. (or have minimal stock at our distribution for shipment.) Each order
will be shipped on Friday each week if item(s) purchased by noon (CST) on
Wednesday of that week.
A merchant may drop out of the
eMall at any time. Notice of dropping out of the eMall must be presented in
writing. Dropping a merchant may take up to two weeks. If item purchased from
the eMall during this two weeks must be shipped to the customer under normal
eMall rules.
A the eMall may drop a merchant if; they continuously
miss shipment dates or there multiple complaints or returns because of the
quality of a product.
The eMall employees will initially take complaints. If necessary they
will be handed over to the merchant for final resolution. The eMall staff
will be available for consulting for resolution. See the customer Terms and
