Customer Policies


Orders


Your order is placed directly with Todd County eMall and shipped from one location. All shipping and handling are paid by the customer. For art items priced over $200.00, there will an extra charge for shipping insurance.

All orders place by Noon, Central Time, will be shipped on Friday of the same week. You may opt for express delivery delivery at an extra charge. Shipping will be done every day the week before and after Christmas. If the Todd County Mall cannot ship your items on the scheduled day, you will be contacted with a reason why the item cannot be shipped, and you may opt to wait for the item or get a refund.


Payment


We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and online checks. All payments are made online through our secure Card Service Provider.


Sales Tax


We are a Minnesota company. If you live in Minnesota a sales tax of 6.5% will be added to the purchase price at the time you checkout.


Custom Made Items


Some artisans will provide custom made articles. To order a custom made article, If you contact Todd County eMall through the web store. Todd County eMall will contact the artisan and initiate discussions. After a the details are negotiated, the customer will pay a non refundable 25% of the cost and estimated shipping. The customer will pay the remainder when the item is ready to be shipped. It the customer is unhappy with the item, when the item is returned we will refund 75 % of the total cost excluding shipping and handling


Foreign Orders


We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.


Return Policy


Todd County eMall wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We will refund the purchase price of any product (not including the cost of shipping and handling) returned within 14 days of the original shipping date.


If you need to return an item, contact Todd County eMall to get a return number at support@toddc-mall.com. This number must be included with the return both on a note inside the packing material on written on the outside of the packages. Please include the reason for the return.


Item(s) must be returned in the original box and in the same condition you received it. We will then cheerfully refund your money. If you require any further information about our return policy, do not hesitate to contact us. Items costing more than $200.00 must be insured for the full value of the item.


If we make an error on your order we will include, as a part of the refund, the cost of shipping both directions.


If your product should arrive damaged or missing parts, please e-mail Todd County eMall and let us know if you would like a refund or exchange.
